Sunday 2nd April

On Sunday the 2nd of April, we'll be holding the Winter Longbow and Barebow presentation for those that took part. We will be welcoming the Folkestone and Canterbury participants, so we would like as many that are able to come along and meet them. To give them time to get over to us, we'll be starting half an hour later than a normal club shoot, so arrive at 10 for a 10:30 am start.

We will have a frostbite shoot and then the overall winners will be announced, hopefully, some of you may have been lucky enough to win, and then tea and cake.

Minutes of TAC EGM today

Please see attached the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting held today at the club. Also attached are the current constitution and club booklet as accepted at the November AGM.

*Result of vote - FOR - 26 votes AGAINST - 31 votes (including 15 votes via email & WhatsApp).

Fee proposal and changes to the constitution and booklet not carried. New club fees as stated in attached club booklet from 1st April 2023.

*Numbers declared are slightly at variance with those announced at the meeting due to one WhatsApp vote recorded in error as FOR rather than AGAINST, and the decision made before the start of the meeting to allow Junior members' votes, which includes one previously uncounted email vote.
