NOTICEBOARD

Hi all, As in previous years, St. Lawrence College have asked us to provide archery

lessons on Wednesday afternoon for their holiday camp, which runs through

July & August. Dates:- 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th Julyt. 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th August

Sessions will run from 3:45 - 4:45pm, and volunteers would need to be there to set up from 3:15pm. The advantage of this is that the field would already be set up for the evening session. If anyone is able to assist on any or all of these dates,

Please email rdickbailey@aol.com ASAP to let him know.

Cheers, Pete.

Another sucessful Sylvia Hogbin Shoot this year. Thank you to everyone who came to support the club at the shoot and a big thank you goes out to Mike for organising the shoot, the catering team and the field party.

Results can be found here and photos can be found in the gallery.

Hi all, As you may recall, we held an Extraordinary General Meeting on 9th April to approve changes to the club constitution required by our CASC application HMRC relating to the proposed move to Manston. We have now had a response from HMRC indicating that they are not satisfied with our wording of Clause 2 (Membership), and we have now amended it to the exact wording specified by HMRC. This now requires us to hold a vote on the new wording of Clause 2, and provide a minute of that meeting/vote to HMRC.

Please attend if you are able, even if you are not intending to shoot on the day.

Cheers, Pete.
