Shoot Report Ascham Challenge 2024

Anne, Fred, Bob, Linda, Chris, Lewis, Paul and Alan represented TAC at the Kent Police Archery Club on Sunday 29th September to compete against the Police & Folkestone in a three-way shoot,

hopefully to become an annual event, the same as the competition that we have done over the past 70 years against Folkestone.

We had a warm welcome from the Police Archery Club and they supplied lunch teas and coffees all day.

Alex Moss was unable to make it due to the dreaded covid. It was a handicap shoot and we came second! The weather was kind to us and it stayed dry but it was very windy.

We are not sure how they are going to run it, but we think like the Folkestone shoot, it will be a

return match at our venue & Folkestone hopefully next year.
