TAC Booking In electronic system

Hi All
As from Monday the 6th February we will be using the electronic booking in system that Ashley has developed for us.
You can book in and out from home or on a tablet that will be available on the booking in table.
If you have any issues or comments regarding the system please let one of the committee know.
In the short term the paper book will be left in place, this should only be used if there is a issue with the electronic service. This message will be repeated on Messenger and WhatsApp.
The benefits of this system are:
You may book in advance when intending to go to the field. The record can then be accessed by others to see if there is anyone shooting and come along.
You can book in and out after you have left the field if you forget.
It helps with the administration of the club.
There is a tab to allow you to record incidents these will be forwarded to the right committee member and you will be able to view progress.
There is a tab to allow you to record lost and found items.
Please try it out before the 6th February whilst still using the paper booking system and if you have any queries please let Mike know on mikejdavis@nogood.plus.com
Any bookings, incidents and lost and founds entered between now and the 6th February will be cleared on the 6th February.
